15 Really Cool Christmas Songs To Get You Through 2020

I love everything about the holiday season. I love the bright lights, the cool crisp air, and the ever-present smell of evergreens. I love the warmth of fireplaces and hot cocoa on the tongue. I especially love Christmas music (yes, really), particularly the classics from crooners like Elvis Presley, Otis Redding and, of course, Ella Fitzgerald.

But even I must admit that after a couple hundred plays, these oldies get old. So I did some Spotify sleuthing and found what I think are some of the coolest covers of all my favorite holiday tunes, plus a couple original recordings for good measure. It is my hope that this list appeases even the Grinchiest listeners; after all, if anyone can make Christmas music sound cool, it is Phoebe Bridgers.
